Basketball Recap: Keaton Pratt's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Roscommon over Lake City

Roscommon was the 64-27 winner over Lake City when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The match between the Roscommon Bucks and the Lake City Trojans didn't end well, with the Roscommon Bucks falling 59-40. The game marked the Bucks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Roscommon's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keaton Pratt, who went 6 for 14 on his way to 15 points and four steals. Pratt's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Landon Mann was another key player, putting up seven points and five assists.

Roscommon has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Lake City, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

As for Lake City, they will head out on the road to face off against Northern Michigan Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake City is facing Northern Michigan Christian at the right time seeing as Northern Michigan Christian is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
