Soccer Recap: Dubois Starts Season with Win at Home

DuBois took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Central Mountain Wildcats a 1-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but DuBois were the better team in the second half.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Jacob Alberts.

DuBois didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-2 victory against Altoona on the 23rd. As for Central Mountain, they have also already played their next contest, an 8-1 win against St. Marys on the 23rd.
