Basketball Recap: HEARTS for Jesus Christ Drops Season-High Score on Horizon Science Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask HEARTS for Jesus Christ). They were the clear victor by a 51-29 margin over the Horizon Science Academy Dragons on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Guardians sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

HEARTS for Jesus Christ's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carenna Lewis led the charge by dropping a double-double on 14 points and 19 rebounds. Lewis is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. Another player making a difference was Haven Anthony, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine boards.
