Lakeland scaled the state rankings by moving to 266 from 333 this week, the biggest jump in Lackawanna 2. The Chiefs climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Carbondale 13-9.

Dunmore added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Lackawanna Trail, 35-7. The win marks 11th in a row for the the Bucks.

Daiqwon Buckley provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Dunmore beat the Lions. Buckley's key target this week was Josh Zilla, who caught 2 passes for 40 yards.

Brandon Kujawski and Buckley gave Jack Henzes' team a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Kujawski threw for 95 yards, while Buckley ran for 197 yards. Colin Holmes also contributed to the rushing game with 32 yards on the ground.

5-foot-11 quarterback Kevin Miller of Honesdale is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,078. He has also thrown 8 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Zilla. The Dunmore star has 24 catches for 493 yards.

Lakeland and the Chargers played the most contested game in the league this week, with Lakeland eventually emerging with a 13-9 victory. Chris Roche ran for 105 yards in the win.
