Football Recap: Lake Linden-Hubbell Skates Past Rapid River with Ease + How To Watch

Lake Linden-Hubbell won the last time they faced Rapid River and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lakes blew past the Rockets 62-14. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lakes.

Lake Linden-Hubbell was led to victory by Joshua Daavettila and Brady Axford. Daavettila rushed for 232 yards and two scores while picking up 10.1 yards per carry, while Axford rushed for 142 yards and one touchdown on only 14 carries.

Lake Linden-Hubbell now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Rapid River, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Lake Linden-Hubbell will square off against Stephenson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rapid River, they will face off against Forest Park at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
