Despite the defeat, GlenOak had strong showings from Mya Smith, who had 17 digs, and Emmerson Kush, who had 13 digs. Kush is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last four games she's played.
Even though they lost, GlenOak was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've posted in their last six matches.
GlenOak's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Strongsville, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
