Meanwhile, Woodland Baptist Christian waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Cougar by a score of 53-40.

Raleigh Christian Academy better keep an eye on Tabitha Airo. She was instrumental in Woodland Baptist Christian's win, putting up 25 points in addition to seven steals and five rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Airo has scored at least a third of Woodland Baptist Christian's points.

Woodland Baptist Christian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points per game. As for Raleigh Christian Academy, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5.
