Baseball Game Preview: Union Mine Diamondbacks vs. Liberty Ranch Hawks

For the second straight game, Union Mine will face off against Liberty Ranch. The Diamondbacks are taking a road trip to square off against the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Union Mine is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

On Wednesday, Union Mine didn't have quite enough to beat Liberty Ranch and fell 3-2.

Union Mine saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nate Gregson, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

The win made it two in a row for Liberty Ranch and bumps their season record up to 6-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Union Mine, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
