Shannon Benjamin Game Report: @ Metter

Passers beware: Shannon Benjamin came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 28 receiving yards and one score, helping propel Swainsboro past Metter by a score of 44-14. We hope Friday's game is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Coming up, Benjamin and Swainsboro will head out on the road to take on Appling County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers had to take a loss when they last met the Pirates, but Benjamin had little to do with the loss: he picked up 116 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.
