Basketball Game Preview: Rogers Eagles vs. Keene Chargers

The Rogers Eagles will challenge the Keene Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Rogers is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They walked away with a 48-40 win over Teague. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Rogers' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alaina Mungia, who posted 14 points and six rebounds. Mungia is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Kyra Yates was another key player, putting up 11 points and three steals.

Meanwhile, Keene had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They came out on top against the Cubs by a score of 44-36.

Keene's win bumped their record up to 22-12. As for Rogers, their victory bumped their record up to 16-12.
