Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Bard

Bard entered their tilt with NEST+m on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They secured a 54-49 W over NEST+m. This was payback for Bard, who suffered a 62-45 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Bard is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.6 points per game. As for NEST+m, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bard will be home for the holidays to greet Newark Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for NEST+m, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on East Side Community at 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
