Elko won the last time they faced Spring Creek and things went their way on Saturday too. The Indians came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 10-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

The team relied heavily on Angelina Jackson, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4. Kallista Crouch was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-5.

Jackson wasn't the only one making solid contact: Elko kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's the most hits they've posted in their last nine contests.

Elko's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Spring Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-8.

Coincidentally, Elko and Spring Creek will both be playing Lowry the next time they take the field. The Indians will head out to face the Buckaroos at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Spartans will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on the 11th.
