Preview: Taylor County Bulldogs vs. Suwannee Bulldogs
Taylor County is 1-9 against Suwannee since November of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Taylor County Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Suwannee Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. Taylor County is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
Last Tuesday, Taylor County was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 24-23 to North Florida Christian.
The losing side was boosted by LeeAsia Johnson, who scored 14 points. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kourtney Jackson, who scored 5 points.
Meanwhile, Suwannee unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 49-41 to Bradford.
The losses dropped Taylor County to 1-4 and North Florida Christian to 3-3.
Taylor County suffered a grim 48-26 defeat to Suwannee in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. Can Taylor County avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
