A Season-Best Performance from Clay Crawford Leads Meeker over Roaring Fork
Meeker was led to victory by Clay Crawford, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Crawford rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 73-yard run.
If the past is any indication, Crawford could be in store for another big game when he takes on North Fork on Friday. Crawford rushed for 158 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Miners duked it out back in August of 2023.

Grand Valley's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4. Schoeppner and Grand Valley will host Cedaredge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
