Immanuel Christian waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Lee Vining Tigers with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-1 victory two weeks ago.

Immanuel Christian was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 29-27, 25-10, 25-23.

Ava Blakie paced Immanuel Christian's offense, picking up 12 kills. Blakie got some help from Neisha Schollars and her 22 assists. Finally, Ella Anderson kept Immanuel Christian's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Immanuel Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Lee Vining, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
