Basketball Recap: City Honors Takes a Loss

City Honors lost against Riverside back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The City Honors Centaurs fell just short of the Riverside Frontiers by a score of 34-32. The Centaurs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Riverside got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nelson Camacho out in front who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jahiem Foster, who put up six points.

City Honors' loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Riverside, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8.

City Honors will take on East Aurora at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Riverside has already played their next match (against Kenmore East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
