Florence has gone a perfect 6-0 against Pearl recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Pirates at 5:30 p.m. Florence will be strutting in after a win while Pearl will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Florence got the win against Warren Central by a conclusive 5-1. The result was nothing new for Florence, who have now won three contests by four goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Pearl managed to keep up with Germantown until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Pirates lost 5-0 to the Mavericks. The defeat continues a trend for Pearl in their meetings with Germantown: they've now lost four in a row.

Pearl now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Florence, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Florence took their victory against Pearl when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 4-1 score. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Pirates turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
