Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jaci Irlbeck and Beth Viebrock Lead Osceola to Victory

Osceola barely beat Amery the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Chieftains blew past the Warriors 3-0 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Chieftains sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-13, 25-16.

Leading Osceola to victory were Beth Viebrock and Jaci Irlbeck. Viebrock had 13 digs, while Irlbeck had three digs and two assists. That's the most assists Irlbeck has posted since back in September.

Osceola's victory bumped their record up to 20-18. As for Amery, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's still a better percentage than their 4-24 record this season.

Osceola didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Baldwin-Woodville on the 23rd. Amery does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
