Football Game Preview: Bryan Golden Bears vs. Delta Panthers

Bryan has gone 8-2 against Delta recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Golden Bears will host the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Bryan has given up an average of 40.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 49-14, which was the final score in Bryan's tilt against Wauseon last Friday. The Golden Bears have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Delta, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Evergreen 50-6 on Friday. Considering the Panthers have won four games by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Delta now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Bryan, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Bryan was taken down by Delta 35-0 in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. Thankfully for the Golden Bears, Landon Lintermoot (who rushed for 163 yards and four scores while picking up 8.2 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
