Soccer Recap: Apalachee Triumphs

Apalachee kept a clean sheet against Providence Christian Academy on Tuesday. They beat the Providence Christian Academy Storm by a goal, winning 1-0. The Wildcats wouldn't have won without Alyssa Hunter, who scored the game-winner.

The victory made it two in a row for Apalachee and bumps their season record up to 2-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Providence Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Apalachee wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 5-2 loss against Dacula on the 25th. As for Providence Christian Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 3-3 win against Prince Avenue Christian on the 21st.
