Volleyball Recap: Hillsboro Christian Academy Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mars Hill Academy, Hillsboro Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Adams County Christian Eagles by a score of 2-0. The Crusaders haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Annie Henderson paced Hillsboro Christian Academy's offense, picking up five kills. Henderson were helped by Bree Garrett and Alanna Stoltzfus, who contributed five assists each. Stoltzfus was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 11 aces.

Hillsboro Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Adams County Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Hillsboro Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Wilmington Christian Academy on the 10th. As for Adams County Christian, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Ohio Valley Christian on the 13th.
