Mather came out on top against Roosevelt on Saturday thanks in part to Lucas Lambert's efforts. Lambert was dynamite, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. He has become a key player for Mather: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 2-10 otherwise.
