It's playoff time, and Miami Trace had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-8 victory over the Hillsboro Indians. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Julian Baker, who rushed for 243 yards and six TDs on only 11 carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last eight games he's played. Austin Brown helped out on the ground, rushing for 84 yards and a rushing touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Miami Trace was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 416 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 183 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Miami Trace's record now sits at 10-1. As for Hillsboro, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Miami Trace will challenge Jackson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Ironman/Ironladies will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. Hillsboro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
