Softball Recap: Milton Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Milton's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Watertown Goslings on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Red Hawks' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Milton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Watertown, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Milton will be playing at home against Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Watertown, they will challenge Oregon at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
