After flying high against Waipahu last Saturday, Mililani came back down to earth. The Trojans fell just short of the Pearl City Chargers by a score of 6-5 on Wednesday. The Trojans' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Mililani's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 9-2. As for Pearl City, they pushed their record up to 8-5-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Mililani will square off against Campbell at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pearl City, they will challenge Waipahu at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Chargers are facing the Marauders at the right time seeing as the Marauders are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
