Basketball Recap: Millville Takes a Loss

Millville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 88-43 loss at the hands of the Northwest Area Rangers. While losing is never fun, the Quakers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 720th, while the Rangers are ranked 194th).

Millville's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Northwest Area, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

Millville has already played their next match (against Sullivan County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Northwest Area will face off against Benton at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
