Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Washburn). They blew past the Butternut Midgets 81-16 on Friday. The Castle Guards have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 20 points or more this season.

The win got Washburn back to even at 10-10. As for Butternut, they are on a 41-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Coming up, Washburn will face off against Hurley at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Washburn knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Hurley likes a good challenge. As for Butternut, they will take on Drummond at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
