It was another big night for Chloe Spreen, who scored 27 points along with nine rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times she's played. Madisyn Bailey was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Bedford North Lawrence's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.4 points per game. As for Borden, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-4.
Bedford North Lawrence will take on New Albany at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. New Albany has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 29. Borden does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
