Volleyball Recap: McFarland Comes Up Short

McFarland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Stockdale Mustangs.

Stockdale got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Addison Villagomez out in front who had six digs and three aces. Avery Norton was another key player, getting 12 assists and three digs.

McFarland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Stockdale, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

McFarland has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Arvin on the 23rd. As for Stockdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Foothill on the 22nd.
