North Creek waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They had just enough and edged out the Juanita Ravens 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Jaguars: when they faced off against the Ravens back in April, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Joseph Boschee made a big impact no matter where he played. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because North Creek is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 6-7 otherwise. Boschee was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Boschee wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Dominic Wilson, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

North Creek pushed their record up to 13-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 3.75 runs across that stretch. As for Juanita, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.

As of now, neither North Creek nor the Ravens have any future games scheduled.
