It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Bell ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Marshall Barristers by a score of 6-3. That's two games straight that the Eagles have won by exactly three runs.

Ian Siordia looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024.

At the plate, Jesse Anguiano was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Armando Aguilar, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

The win made it two in a row for Bell and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Bell has already played their next match, a 4-2 victory against Maywood CES on the 24th. As for Marshall, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against North Hollywood on the 22nd.
