Ezekiel Academy had won 11 straight games dating back to last season and Addi Newell did her part to make it 12 on Saturday. The Knights blew past the Konos Academy Condor 54-13 for which the team can thank Newell, who shot 83% from the field en route to 11 points and three steals. She has been hot, having posted three or more steals the last five times she's played.

Ezekiel Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Ezekiel Academy and Konos Academy will both be playing Rocket City the next time they take the court. The Condor will head out to face the Falcons at 11:10 a.m. on Saturday, while the Knights will play them later in the day, at 1:50 p.m.
