Volleyball Recap: West Plains Gets the Win

West Plains won the last time they faced Whitehouse and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wolves walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wildcats.

Taos McGehee paced West Plains' offense, picking up eight kills. McGehee got some help from CC Murillo and her ten assists. Finally, Eleri Gomez and Teagan Hudson kept the team grounded on defense, each having blocked two attacks.

West Plains' win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Whitehouse, they moved to 6-3 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

West Plains didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Timber Creek on the 16th. As for Whitehouse, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Bushland on the 16th.
