Glasgow waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Fayette Falcons. While the Yellowjackets didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Glasgow pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Fayette, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glasgow will challenge Carrollton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fayette, they will square off against Salisbury at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
