Preview: American Heritage Patriots vs. Providence Hall Patriots
The American Heritage Patriots will head out on the road to challenge the Providence Hall Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. American Heritage knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past four contests -- so hopefully Providence Hall likes a good challenge.
Even though Summit Academy scored an imposing 70 points on Friday, American Heritage still came out on top. American Heritage took their matchup against Summit Academy 80-70.
Meanwhile, Providence Hall's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 80-51 loss at the hands of Judge Memorial Catholic. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Providence Hall has suffered against Judge Memorial Catholic since January 31, 2020.
American Heritage has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. As for Providence Hall, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 7-10.
American Heritage came up short against Providence Hall in their previous matchup back in December of 2020, falling 55-45. Can American Heritage avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
