Preview: Reed vs. Oak Ridge
Oak Ridge are packing up and hiking across state lines for their game on Friday. , they are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Reed at 4:30 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Oak Ridge were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Vacaville 45-0.
Meanwhile, Reed had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They took a 9-18 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bishop Manogue. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Reed was outplayed in the second half.
Oak Ridge's win lifted them to 2-0 while Reed's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Oak Ridge can add another positive mark to their record or if Reed can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Oak Ridge's step.
