Softball Game Preview: Sabis International Bulldogs vs. Southwick Regional Rams

Sabis International is 2-8 against Southwick Regional since April of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Bulldogs will host the Rams at 4:00 p.m. The last three games Sabis International has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Sabis International is headed into the match having just posted their closest victory since May 2, 2024 on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Pioneer Valley Regional 3-2.

Meanwhile, Southwick Regional came up short against Holyoke on Wednesday and fell 9-5.

Eleanor Rolandini was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and one run. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Lightcap, who got on base in two of her three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Sabis International's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Southwick Regional, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
