Softball Preview: Northern Lehigh Bulldogs vs. Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes
The Northern Lehigh Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northern Lehigh knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Schuylkill Haven likes a good challenge.
Northern Lehigh lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Palmerton, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's game. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Blue Bombers with a sharp 13-6 win two weeks ago. 13 seems to be a good number for the Bulldogs as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Addison Smith spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six earned runs on eight hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
