Basketball Recap: Oskaloosa Takes a Loss

If Oskaloosa was riding high fresh off their 68-47 takedown of Knoxville last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Oskaloosa Indians were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 39-38 to the North Mahaska Warhawks. The Indians have struggled against the Warhawks recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Oskaloosa's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for North Mahaska, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-3.

Oskaloosa didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 62-46 loss against Norwalk on the 14th. As for North Mahaska, they will take on Pella Christian on Tuesday.
