Girard and Riverton are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2022, but not for long. The Trojans will head out to square off against the Rams on Tuesday. Girard will be strutting in after a victory while Riverton will be coming in after a defeat.

While Girard didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-13-3), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They enjoyed a cozy 56-41 win over Columbus on Friday. That's two games straight that the Trojans have won by exactly 15 points.

Meanwhile, Riverton lost to Caney Valley on the road by a 70-56 margin on Friday.

Riverton's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-2. As for Girard, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Girard came up short against Riverton in their previous matchup back in February of 2025, falling 68-63. Can the Trojans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
