Volleyball Recap: Hernando Takes a Loss

Hernando was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Nature Coast Tech Sharks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Leopards have suffered since September 2nd.

Hernando was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring zero points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Hernando's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Nature Coast Tech, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hernando will venture away from home to take on Springstead at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nature Coast Tech, they will head out to face off against Citrus at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
