Sauk Centre had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Lake of the Woods Bears by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mainstreeters also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2023.

Sauk Centre's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Lake of the Woods, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.

Sauk Centre does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lake of the Woods, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Park Rapids on the 16th.
