Football Recap: Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Comes Up Short

Dighton-Rehoboth Regional lost against West Bridgewater back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons were dealt a 56-12 defeat at the hands of the Wildcats.

Dighton-Rehoboth Regional suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 2-2. As for West Bridgewater, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Dighton-Rehoboth Regional will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Apponequet Regional at 6:30 p.m. on October 10. As for West Bridgewater, they will challenge Case at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Cardinals' defense has only allowed 14.5 points per game this season, so the Wildcats' offense will have their work cut out for them.
