Softball Recap: Springville's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Springville had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They never let the Central Warriors get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Orioles, who have now won five matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Springville's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Central, their defeat was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Springville will be playing in front of their home fans against East Buchanan at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Orioles are facing the Buccaneers at the right time seeing as the Buccaneers are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 18-3 loss against Wapsie Valley on the 7th.
