Recap: Huron Tigers vs. Sandusky Blue Streaks
The Huron Tigers lost against the Sandusky Blue Streaks back in February of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Huron took a hard 63-44 fall against Sandusky. Huron has struggled against Sandusky recently, as their matchup on Saturday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sandusky to victory, but perhaps none more so than Amir Aaron, who scored 19 points along with seven steals and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Aazoriyon Bonner, who scored eight points along with 13 rebounds and five assists.
Huron's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-7. As for Sandusky, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.
Huron will be playing at home against Edison at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Sandusky, they will head out on the road to take on Madison Comprehensive at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison Comprehensive has now lost 12 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 8.
