While Round Valley put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Hopi. The Elks put the hurt on the Bruins with a sharp 15-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Elks in their matchups with the Bruins: they've now won nine in a row.

Round Valley let Kobe Kelepolo and Jeffery Cochran run wild. Kelepolo scored two runs while going 2-for-2, while Cochran went a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. The dominant performance also gave Kelepolo a new career-high in doubles (two). Cash Hamblin also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Round Valley's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Hopi, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-8.

Round Valley has already played their next game, a 4-3 defeat against Benjamin Franklin on the 10th. As for Hopi, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 13-8 loss against Northland Prep Academy on the 10th.
