Mountain View kept a clean sheet against Kuna on Friday. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Kavemen. Give Mountain View's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting Kuna from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Amjed Salim led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Mountain View's win bumped their record up to 8-1-1. As for Kuna, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.

Mountain View wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 victory against Centennial on the 24th. As for Kuna, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Timberline on the 22nd.
