It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Tell City had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They beat the Wood Memorial Trojans by a goal, winning 1-0. The win was familiar territory for Tell City, who have now won six matches in a row.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Camden Ames, who's now up to eight this season.

Tell City's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Wood Memorial, the loss snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 12-5 record.

Coming up, Tell City will square off against Forest Park at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Wood Memorial does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
