Football Recap: Jakayla Robinson and Jakira Dennis Pace Boyd Anderson Defense

Thursday just wasn't the day for Boyd Anderson's offense. They fell to the Stoneman Douglas Eagles 6-0. Having soared to a lofty 34 points in the game before, the Cobras' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Boyd Anderson moved to 3-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 0.7 points on average over those games. As for Stoneman Douglas, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
