Cinnaminson had won four straight on the road, but on Monday they bumped their record up to 9-3 to make it five. They came out on top against the Holy Cross Lancers by a score of 7-4. The win continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now won three in a row.

As for Holy Cross, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season. As for they, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.

For Holy Cross' part, Jamie Dunn spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and five unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up eight Ks. Dunn has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances.
